Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that you may sometimes want to return item(s) that you are not happy with. You can exchange or refund your items(s) via an online credit voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s) returned. It will be issued in your buyer account. The online credit voucher have a validity of 3 months from the date of issue. Item(s) can be purchased up to the value of the online credit voucher amount or top up the difference for a higher value purchase. Please note cash refunds are not provided for returns. Our policy lasts 14 days. The purchased item that you wish to return must be received by us within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days we can no longer accept returns.

The buyer shall inspect the item(s) immediately on receipt and shall notify JENNIFER GREEN by email within 5 days if, products are damaged or do not comply with any of the Agreement. If the buyer fails to do so, the buyer will be deemed to have accepted the item(s).

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. You are to download the ONLINE RETURNS FORM and to contact us immediately.

The item(s) you wish to return for an online credit voucher or exchange must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and box provided along with Gem Certificate Report (if applicable). Item(s) that appear worn or used will not be refunded and returned to the buyer.

If your item (s) comes damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Only items that were delivered genuinely faulty will be evaluated for exchange and approved by JENNIFER GREEN. Please note, we do NOT refund international customs taxes and sales charges. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs if you are shipping an item(s) back to us (including duties and taxes for international returns).

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please ensure that you state you are “returning to the seller” in the reason for export field on your postage label. Returned item(s) must be clearly marked with the order confirmation number in order to obtain an online credit voucher or exchange.

You must also state that, the item is of no retail value, as we cannot accept custom charges to receive your return. We strongly recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the full value. We cannot refund/exchange item(s) that don’t reach us safely. Any item(s) that do not reach us are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that, we do not refund the return costs of shipping the item(s). Note: Customers are responsible for shipping expenses of all repairs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that, we have received your returned item(s). A refund of online credit voucher excluding any delivery charges will be processed within 14 days.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

The following item(s) are excluded from our return and exchange policy:-

1. All Jade item(s) sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

2. Personalised item(s), bespoke item(s), customized item(s) and items that have been made to order.

3. Earring(s) for health and hygiene reasons.

4. Item(s) that shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition in anyway will not be entitled for this policy.

5. Item(s) purchased online during sales period or special promotions are non-exchageable and non-refundable.
